Dropping & Changing Classes Policy

Joining Mid-Session
If you join a class mid-session, tuition will be pro-rated relative to your start date.

Changing Classes
We will gladly accommodate class change request as long as a vacancy exists.

Dropping - Sessions Option
No refunds will be given for dropping a class mid-session. Once a session has commenced, you are in class for the entire term, regardless of attendance. If dropping cannot be avoided, we will credit your account for future classes you might take if you rejoin.

Dropping - Automatic Withdrawal Option
No refunds will be given for dropping a class mid-month. We must be informed in writing 7 working days prior to the month you wish to withdraw from in order to for you to have your payments stopped on time.

Make-up & Illness
In the event a student cannot attend a class, please call in advance (by 10am the day of the class) to let the office know that your student will not be present. Because class sizes are limited, if you are unable to attend a class, your student's spot may be given away for the day of absence to another student. In addition, by calling in advance, you will be allowed to schedule a make-up lesson. All make-up lessons must be scheduled within one month of the missed class and must be arranged by a Tumbleweed's office staff member prior to the make-up date. Please note that make-ups may NOT be used to discount tuition and may NOT be used after you drop.
