Trampoline classes work on a 101 basic tricks (which do not turn upside down) and when sufficient of these are mastered, we will begin teaching the safe progressions for learning the more advanced flips and twists.
The class programs are for everyone; all ages, all abilities, participants from other sports such as cheerleading, skiing, martial arts, etc. When students are ready, they can move on to the Competitive Tramp & Tumbling Team!
Tumbling is the base for all sporting activity and teaches the students how to fall safely, how to roll, how to accomplish balances of all kinds, handsprings and even flips in the air. There is always time left at the end of class to do a little strength and conditioning. |
