The program is directed by George Hery, twice All American Gymnast at University of Iowa, Clinician for the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sport, National Gymnastics Champion and World Trampoline Champion.
Assisting George is Krysta Palmer, a very talented trampolinist who won the silver medal at the World Age Group Games.

Tramp & Tumbling Team classes are structured similar to the class program with warm-up followed by training in tumbling and trampoline. At the end of the class, strength and conditioning is worked on with each athlete.
There are three disciplines in the trampoline and tumbling program: trampoline and synchronized trampoline, tumbling, and double mini-tramp.
If your child is not ready for the Competitve Team, they are welcomed to join our standard Tramp & Tumbling Classes!
Athletes Compete in compete in levels 1 through 10 at the Junior Olympic level and Junior and Senior at the Elite or International level. Athletes may compete at different levels for each of the disciplines, and do not have to compete in all three. Level 5 and above athletes move levels only after accomplishing the mobility score for that level.
Athletes must compete in two sanctioned meets to qualify to go to the state meet. The state and regional meets are qualifiers
for the national meet. |
